This Dental Practice is where I had my very first dental hygiene appointment when I was a little girl. My dental hygienist (Paula) recently retired and I was anxious about the person that would be “taking over.” While no one can ever replace my beloved Paula, Jennifer was absolutely amazing. She was extremely thorough with the cleaning, professional and treated me like family. I’ve always gotten quality care in a clean, professional, friendly and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Very knowledgeable and kind staff!! They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I arrived 30 minutes early because I was an out of town appointment and they were able to see me early which was very helpful. The office was clean and easy to find. I will definitely be returning for future work!

I had an excellent experience here. I was feeling self-conscious because my teeth are terrible after a falling injury and cracking them years ago. Anyway, I need serious work done. I was embarrassed. . From the minute I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and accepted. . The receptionist and the doctor’s assistants here were understanding, warm and empathetic. I hope that they read this review because I want to thank them one more time for how they made me feel at ease. I like the doctor because he got right down to business after double-checking everything and making sure that we made the right decision. I highly recommend The Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. I will be coming back to plan out the rest of the work I need done. I am so absolutely pleased.

They are by far the most compassionate group of individuals. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist and my visit today ended with a lot of smiles and even hugging a staff member that made me as comfortable as possible. She kept me calm and laughing during my entire visit. They work with you and do everything possible to make sure you’re getting great results and complete happiness. I’m VERY self conscious about my smile and not one time today did I feel judged or like it wasn’t a fixable problem. I’m confident that i will LOVE my results when I’m finished and can’t wait to continue my work with Dr. Sussman and his team.

This is hands down the MOST sincere and kind dentist in the entire city of Rochester. I was so nervous and had seen other dentist prior trying to resolve some serious dental issues. ALL the others we’re absolutely awful. I don’t know how exactly I came upon finding this place but I imagine it must have been a divine intervention. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. They care about trying to make you comfortable. They also care about the journey prior to seeing them. Dr. Pogal and Dr. Sussman are both extremely talented and amazing dentists. I will never ever go to another dentist. I have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration for everyone there. Thank you very much to both Dr. Pogal and Sussman. I have my smile back and I know there is more to my journey to complete dental health but I know I’m in very good hands. You will be too!❤
